What this site and the game know about you.
The site keeps nothing. The game keeps what it needs to put you in a match, and says where each piece goes.

Who we are.
agentX : Thruster Unlimited is an independent game. In this policy, we means its developer. Questions go to [email protected].
This website.
agentxeco.com is static pages served by our own server. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, keeps no access log and has no accounts. The tester download page records each code attempt and the address it came from, for one month, to stop guessing.
The site is reached through Cloudflare, which sees your IP address and request headers in transit and applies its own privacy policy to them. We do not receive that data from Cloudflare.
Video on the footage page is hosted on the same server. Playing it sends the same request any page does and nothing more.
The game on your machine.
Settings, key bindings, map editor saves and screenshots are written to a folder on your own device. They are not uploaded unless you share them.
A map package you export carries the map, its hash, the build it was made in and the author name you chose. Anyone you send it to sees those fields.
Online play.
Multiplayer runs on Epic Online Services, operated by Epic Games. Signing in with an Epic account shares your display name, online presence and friends list with the game, under the permissions you approve on Epic's sign in screen. Signing in without an Epic account uses an anonymous device ID that Epic issues and stores.
Finding and joining a game goes through Epic's lobby service. Your connection to a host is relayed by Epic, which sees the IP addresses of both ends. When you join by typing an address instead, your IP address is visible to that host and theirs to you, and no relay is involved.
The host of a match is another player's machine. It receives your inputs, position and chosen name for the length of the match and is not required to keep them. We run no game servers of our own and hold no record of your matches.
Epic's handling of all of this is described in the Epic Games privacy policy at epicgames.com/privacypolicy.
What we do not do.
No crash reports, telemetry or usage statistics are sent to us. No data is sold, shared with advertisers or used to build a profile. There is no account with us to create, and so none to delete.
Children.
The game is not directed at children under 13, and Epic account sign in follows Epic's own age rules.
Your rights.
Data held by Epic is yours to view, export or delete through your Epic account settings. Data on your device is yours to delete by removing the game's folder. If you believe we hold anything about you, write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.
Under the GDPR, the CCPA and similar laws you may ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected or erased, and complain to your local data protection authority. The same address handles all of it.
Changes.
When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change that affects what the game collects is also noted in the release notes of the build that makes it.
